Nine-week summer internship supporting Dimensional's Global Client Group. Interns assist with client-facing support, develop presentation and analytical projects, apply academic investment principles, and present findings to the team. Nine-week, in-person summer internship exposing undergraduate and masterlevel students to daily Portfolio Management analyst work. Interns complete data-driven projects to improve investment implementation, support daily strategy desk tasks, collaborate with PMs and cross-functional teams, and present findings to senior management.

Manage ETFs and equity portfolios through systematic, process-driven daily oversight: trade execution, create/redeem baskets, currency trades, corporate actions, and portfolio monitoring. Collaborate with Trading, Capital Markets, Sales, and client teams; present fund strategy and performance to clients; and lead projects to improve investment processes.

Support Regional Directors and Senior Associates with client relationship management, event planning, CRM maintenance, reporting, content creation, and cross-team coordination. Assist with analytics, surveys, presentation materials, and occasional travel while advancing toward client-facing presentations and webinars.

The Manager, Investment Tax oversees investment tax issues, supports portfolio management with tax-loss harvesting, ensures compliance, and manages financial reporting cycles.

Produce academically grounded empirical research on portfolio construction and implementation, run simulations and econometric tests, analyze large datasets, collaborate with investment and sales teams to develop client solutions, publish white papers and present findings at seminars and conferences.

Design, build, and optimize internal data platforms, automated pipelines, semantic layers, and scalable data models. Develop production-grade Python and SQL code, ensure CI/CD and uptime, perform code reviews and debugging, partner with stakeholders to translate requirements, and own the end-to-end technical product lifecycle for analytics and BI tools.

Support Regional Directors serving RIAs by performing complex portfolio analyses, presenting findings, delivering educational webinars, answering advisor inquiries, contributing to marketing materials, and applying capital markets research to client portfolio management. Requires some travel and team collaboration.

Support Equity Product Specialist team by analyzing market and fund data, creating performance commentary and charts, producing client-facing communications, ensuring data quality, educating clients and sales, and improving product offerings through feedback.

Manage and lead a team to develop strategies for application integration, cloud services, and workflow automation while ensuring security best practices. Collaborate across departments to enhance capabilities and drive utilization of technological tools and processes.
