As a Senior Python Engineer, you will design and develop application services, collaborate on solutions, optimize data pipelines, and focus on building scalable and secure applications.

The Senior Associate will support Regional Directors by managing business development and client services for financial advisors while educating them on investment principles and solutions.

The Regional Director manages client relationships, drives business development, and increases market share by supporting financial advisors in wirehouse channels with investment strategies and territory initiatives.

Lead design and operation of a scalable, secure data platform for batch and real-time investment data. Architect infrastructure serving high-concurrency client tools and low-latency analytics, implement data quality, lineage, and security, enable efficient ad hoc queries, define data contracts and SLAs, and manage and mentor an engineering team while contributing hands-on to core framework code and reviews.

Provide operational compliance capacity during organizational transition: review promotional material, coordinate regulatory lodgements, implement process automation and workflow improvements, maintain compliance monitoring and controls, oversee front-office mandate monitoring via CRIMS, review business initiatives for compliance, and track regulatory reforms with policy and training updates.

Support institutional sales and client service for DACH region: prepare presentations and client materials, manage reporting and CRM records, coordinate with internal teams, research prospects, and develop client relationships over time.

Design and produce clear, engaging visuals and data visualizations that communicate complex financial research across websites, slides, video, social, and print. Collaborate with investments and sales stakeholders and the Creative team to storyboard and create motion graphics, multimedia storytelling, and print-ready assets while adhering to brand and web/UI/UX best practices.

Support ETF primary and secondary markets, assist market makers/APs and trading desks, build surveillance and analytics, maintain ETF reporting, manage listings and trade lifecycle (creations/redemptions/pricing), liaise with exchanges and stakeholders, and monitor regulatory/competitive developments to ensure market quality.

Support Sales & Client Service teams for large RIAs and intermediaries by performing portfolio analyses, presenting findings to advisors, delivering educational webinars, answering advisor hotline inquiries, assisting with marketing materials, and applying capital markets research. Manage multiple projects, develop client relationships, and travel occasionally.

Support Regional Directors serving RIAs by building and analyzing complex portfolios, presenting findings, delivering advisor education, answering advisor inquiries, creating investment marketing materials, and developing deep capital markets and advisor practice knowledge. Some travel required.
