Lead MRO strategic sourcing across Dow’s Brazilian manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, delivering savings, managing suppliers, analyzing spend and market intelligence, ensuring contract governance, and partnering with Engineering, Maintenance, and global category teams. The role also drives digitalization and AI adoption, leads cross-site sourcing projects, mitigates supply risks, and coaches less experienced team members.

Provides cost accounting support through month-end closing, product cost estimates, material ID maintenance, inventory reconciliation, cost center reviews, budgeting, and process improvement. The role supports finance projects, documentation, automation initiatives, reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration. Strong SAP, Microsoft Office, Power BI, automation, and accounting systems knowledge is required, along with costing and accounting experience and flexibility to work across international time zones.
