Leads the College of Fine Arts and Humanities through academic strategy, program quality, faculty and staff development, enrollment growth, student success, accreditation compliance, budgeting, fundraising, partnerships, and institutional planning. Full-time Assistant Professor responsible for teaching undergraduate musical theatre and voice courses, advising BFA students, accompanying performances and auditions, directing one production annually, recruiting students, participating in university and Gainesville Theatre Alliance committees, and supporting program development. The role requires a terminal degree or equivalent professional experience, advanced piano and sight-reading skills, continued theatre industry work, collaborative teaching, and a commitment to equity and inclusion.
