Own technical account health for enterprise publisher partners: lead implementations, validate integrations, drive adoption, optimize platform performance, troubleshoot escalations, and collaborate with product and engineering to resolve complex technical issues.

Lead and grow a Go backend engineering team in Europe, setting technical strategy for high-performance, low-latency services. Own org design, hiring, delivery KPIs, cross-team alignment, and operational processes. Drive Go best practices, reliability, and infrastructure migrations (Kubernetes, ClickHouse), and partner with product and exec leadership to translate roadmap priorities into execution.

Serve as primary customer contact to onboard, train, and manage enterprise publisher accounts. Drive adoption, monitor performance, surface insights, run QBRs, identify growth and renewal opportunities, and advocate customer needs to Product.
