Manage full-cycle recruiting across international logistics and food businesses, from intake and sourcing through offers and onboarding handoff. Partner with hiring managers and leadership, build talent pipelines, manage agencies, maintain BambooHR data, and produce recruiting dashboards and reports. Recruit for operational, functional, commercial, sales, and procurement roles while supporting university, internship, and international hiring initiatives.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, reporting, and scenario analysis for logistics operations.
