The Trustee Sales Specialist processes foreclosures, prepares necessary documents, ensures data accuracy, and handles communications with clients and third parties.

Manage Account Executives and broker relationships for wholesale and correspondent lending. Drive monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals, coach and mentor sales staff, oversee loan submissions and CRM usage, prepare regional forecasts and reports, ensure regulatory compliance, partner with operations, develop training and marketing strategies, and occasionally represent the company at industry events.
