Produce and validate default reporting and analytics for mortgage servicing portfolios. Investigate data discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, modify reports for ad-hoc needs, document processes, and collaborate with default management to ensure regulatory and investor-compliant reporting.

Lead teams managing mortgage collateral and original documents to ensure compliance with document custodian, investor and GSE requirements. Develop policies, processes, reporting, eNote implementation, QC and validation programs. Oversee vendor/custodian relationships, loan pool certification, repool/loan sale collateral needs, and produce control and pipeline reports to meet SLAs and quality objectives.

Lead development and management of predictive models for agency and non‑agency mortgages, forecast prepayment/default/recapture rates, perform MSR pool bidding and cash flow analysis, mentor analytics staff, and support portfolio management and investment decisioning.

Prepare, file, and follow up on FHA mortgage insurance claims (Part A/B, CWCOT, Pre-Foreclosure Sale) accurately and on time. Maintain claim files and system documentation, submit claims for quality review, finalize submissions, and pursue agency payments. Apply knowledge of default servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, and investor/agency guidelines while meeting deadlines and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
