Provides frontline client service through phone, online, and in-person interactions; resolves inquiries, supports products, and helps prevent fraud. Services agricultural loan renewals, processes account transactions, reconciles payments, maintains documentation and data accuracy, and follows compliance requirements. Provides office coverage and administrative support, coordinates events, manages supplies and mail, and serves as a liaison for building maintenance and cleaning issues.

Paid summer 2027 internship supporting agricultural lending and insurance sales. Responsibilities include assisting sales staff, building client and agribusiness relationships, participating in crop insurance and consumer lending appointments, learning loan products and credit risk analysis, supporting cross-selling and marketing, entering data into AIP systems, and organizing documents. Directs business development, relationship management, credit administration, compliance, profitability, and loan quality across business units. Develops growth strategies, manages complex transactions and strategic partnerships, fosters high-performing teams, monitors market trends, and balances portfolio growth with risk management and regulatory expectations.
