Manage onboarding, implementation, renewals, customer interactions, lifecycle processes, usage analysis, escalations, and cross-sell or upsell opportunities for enterprise software customers. Collaborate with Sales, Services, Support, and Product teams; maintain accurate customer records; develop customer success methodologies; and ensure timely follow-up throughout the customer journey.
