Lead the launch and daily operations of a new semiconductor facilities and construction workforce development program. Build operational frameworks, design events and technical training, liaise with industry and ASU faculty, manage budget and compliance, coordinate curriculum with SMEs, track KPIs, and report progress to stakeholders.
