Lead electroplating process development and equipment ownership for a 300mm wafer plating system in a multi-disciplinary core facility. Support operations, increase equipment uptime, respond to production issues, implement process improvements, and provide technical guidance and supervision to junior engineers and users. Use statistical process control and chemical metrology to ensure process performance and customer requirements are met.

Lead strategic planning and execution of fundraising events and endowment campaigns across Arizona, manage volunteer recruitment/training, cultivate donor and sponsor relationships, oversee logistics, budgets, vendor relations, CRM data tracking and reporting, and collaborate on event marketing to meet annual revenue goals.

Manage and scale partnerships with Southern California community colleges to operationalize transfer pathways, support onboarding, coordinate advising/enrollment workflows, track partnership health and enrollment outcomes, represent ASU at events, and resolve student friction points through data-informed collaboration with central teams.
