Perform risk-based internal audits of financial, operational, and compliance areas. Lead process development and equipment ownership for 300mm wafer-level packaging (photolithography, panelization, molding, dicing, grinding). Support operations, increase uptime, resolve production issues, implement process improvements, apply SPC/data analysis, supervise and train users and a small engineering/technician team, and interact with customers (students, faculty, professionals).

Provide grading and course management support for large-scale asynchronous online history and religion courses. Participate in virtual training and calibration, give substantive feedback, monitor discussion boards, help learners navigate course challenges, and perform other tasks as assigned. Hours vary by session (up to 19.5/week).

Lead electroplating process development and equipment ownership for a 300mm wafer plating system in a multi-disciplinary core facility. Support operations, increase equipment uptime, respond to production issues, implement process improvements, and provide technical guidance and supervision to junior engineers and users. Use statistical process control and chemical metrology to ensure process performance and customer requirements are met.

Provide administrative and supervisory support for residence hall front desks: recruit, train, schedule and supervise student desk staff; manage keys/access, payroll entries, trainings, crisis response, and customer service while living on-campus and serving on rotating after-hours/on-call shifts.
