Owns critical LoadMaster engineering areas through hands-on C systems development, architecture, performance optimization, security improvements, and complex problem resolution. Acts as a technical authority across Linux networking and platform subsystems, leads prototypes and cross-team technical initiatives, mentors senior engineers, and advances code quality, automation, scalability, and maintainability.

Leads enterprise incident response for critical security breaches and serves as the senior escalation point for complex threats. Develops incident playbooks, detection models, and long-term threat detection strategies; conducts digital forensics, memory analysis, and reverse engineering across cloud and on-premises environments. Advises executives on technical risk, evaluates security technologies, reviews architecture, leads post-incident improvements, and mentors cybersecurity analysts.

Architect and develop OpenEdge Developer Tools features, including AI-powered capabilities, performance optimization, diagnostics, and scalable software solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship while collaborating with product, architecture, QA, and UX teams. Apply automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, Agile practices, secure coding, and profiling techniques across Java-based development tooling.

Own Workday demand intake, requirements, prioritization, configuration, integrations, reporting, testing, and release readiness. Serve as the technical and functional authority for Workday, with deep expertise in Advanced Compensation and integrations. Configure business processes, security, eligibility rules, reports, EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio integrations, and web services. Size and distribute work across internal HRIS staff and consultants, review deliverables, coach team members, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of core MarkLogic database features using C++. Build scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems; optimize performance; debug complex server-side issues; and mentor engineers. Collaborate with product, development, QA, and documentation teams to deliver secure, high-quality database capabilities involving search, security, language runtimes, JavaScript integration, scalability, and reliability.

Manages a portfolio of more than 1,000 existing software accounts, driving retention, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, forecasting, and revenue growth.
