Presents products and roadmaps, identifies optimization use cases, supports deployments, provides advisory and technical support, and builds long-term client relationships. Collaborates with sales, product, professional services, marketing, and development teams to communicate customer needs, identify service opportunities, and drive measurable ROI. The role requires 30%–50% travel for conferences, client meetings, training, and sales events.

Lead and develop a team of experimental physicists and materials scientists advancing quantum processor technology. Set technical priorities, allocate people and budgets, manage risks, and partner across engineering, fabrication, software, product, and program management. Guide superconducting circuit, quantum annealing, gate-model, cryogenic, and processor scaling initiatives while fostering scientific innovation. Contribute to technical reviews, publications, patents, roadmap decisions, hiring, performance management, and long-term organizational capability.

Supports 24/7 cybersecurity operations including threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, identity and endpoint security, DLP, network and cloud security, SaaS risk evaluations, and enterprise resilience. The role develops SIEM and threat detection capabilities, enhances security controls through scripting and configuration, leads cyber incident responses, collaborates across technology teams, and delivers employee security awareness training.

Lead and modernize global HR operations, technology, governance, and service delivery. Own HRIS roadmap, drive automation and AI adoption, ensure compliance and audit readiness, support global expansion and M&A, and build a high-performing global HR operations team.

Lead design, test, and continuous improvement of cryogenic systems for quantum computers. Develop, simulate, test, and deploy high-impact quantum applications and algorithms for chemistry, materials science, machine learning, finance, cryptography, and other domains. Collaborate with research, software, firmware, hardware, and quantum engineering teams to optimize algorithms for hardware constraints, support simulation capabilities, execute applications on quantum hardware, and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

Lead the design and development of software for quantum machine learning methods. Collaborate with researchers and communicate findings. Oversee best practices in machine learning systems and influence product offerings.

Own integration and deployment of production dual-rail quantum processors. Drive project management and cross-team technical problem solving across electrical, cryogenic, RF, and system engineering. Design and run validation/test programs, plan long-term integration strategies, and improve system resilience for production quantum systems.

Create and maintain customer-facing technical documentation (API references, user guides, hardware docs, code examples, release notes). Collaborate with software, hardware, support, product, and marketing teams; participate in product lifecycle; improve documentation processes, single-sourcing, and discoverability; use Git and Jira to track and resolve documentation issues.
