Lead data science efforts to design experiments, build statistical and ML models (segmentation, bidding, LTV, attribution), develop time-series and real-time analyses, productionize models with engineering, and communicate results to guide product and commercial strategy.

Design and implement full-stack features for campaign management, reporting, and marketplace optimization. Build scalable back-end services and APIs, craft responsive front-ends, own services in production (testing, observability, on-call), collaborate with product and pods, and mentor engineers to raise standards.
