Own a geographic territory selling Kontakt.io’s healthcare operations platform to health systems, hospitals, and provider groups. Build outbound pipeline, manage complex enterprise sales cycles, negotiate and close multi-stakeholder deals, expand existing accounts, and cultivate executive relationships. Use Salesforce, Gong, and 6sense for account prioritization, engagement, forecasting, and pipeline management. Collaborate with enablement, product, and leadership teams, and represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows.

Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including calendar and inbox management, domestic and international travel logistics, meeting briefings, commitment tracking, leadership and board meeting preparation, and cross-functional projects. Manage day-to-day NYC office operations, visitors, supplies, team events, and offsite logistics while maintaining confidentiality, exercising judgment, and following through independently.

Leads reliability engineering for a cloud-based, real-time healthcare platform.
