The Account Manager, Hotels EMEA is responsible for managing relationships with hotel clients, driving revenue, ensuring customer success, and documenting activities in CRM. The role requires collaboration with various teams to optimize client experiences and gather market insights, with significant focus on hotel technology solutions.

Lead global accounting for the general ledger and financial close under US GAAP. Own month-end and quarter close, balance sheet reconciliations, estimates, and technical accounting (including ASC 606). Drive process improvement, automation and systems transformation, coach and develop an accounting team, and partner with finance and commercial stakeholders to defend accounting positions and deliver insightful P&L and balance sheet analysis.

Lead global product analytics across multiple teams: define KPIs, build dashboards and recurring reporting, improve data foundations and governance, evaluate features and experiments, deliver executive-ready insights and recommendations, and mentor junior analysts.
