Field-based Account Executive responsible for acquiring new restaurant partners through consultative B2B sales. Own territory growth, deliver tailored demos, meet acquisition and revenue targets, manage pipeline in Salesforce, and represent OpenTable at industry events. Use data-driven insights to create commercial opportunities and provide product feedback to internal teams.

Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners to drive retention, adoption, and commercial growth. Use data to inform recommendations, resolve partner issues across channels, deliver training, and collaborate cross-functionally. Bilingual French and English required; hybrid role in London twice weekly.

Provide multi-channel customer support (phone, email, chat, community), own and resolve complex product issues, document interactions in the CRM, escalate technical problems, and adapt communication for a global customer base.

Lead a globally distributed team of 10 engineers owning runtime foundations (Kubernetes, service mesh, Vault, Kafka). Drive quarterly priorities, coordinate cross-functional work, mentor engineers, manage on-call responsibilities, improve reliability, and communicate risks and trade-offs to stakeholders.

Temporary role to build, execute, and optimize cross-channel lifecycle programs across email and in-app messaging using Marketo and Pendo. Own audience segmentation, triggers, automation, and orchestration with RevOps and SFDC to drive activation, adoption, retention, and expansion. Perform QA, A/B testing, analytics, and process improvements to scale lifecycle infrastructure and improve engagement outcomes.

Lead global B2B and corporate communications to position OpenTable as a strategic technology and data partner. Develop and execute communications strategies, manage media and crisis response, oversee partnership and product storytelling (including AI), prepare executives, and enforce governance and KPI reporting tied to business outcomes.

Lead FP&A for OpEx, CapEx, and commissions: own budgeting, forecasting, ROI modeling, commission plan oversight, management reporting, and process automation while partnering with operational leaders.

The Account Executive will drive growth by acquiring new restaurant partners, act as a strategic advisor, manage sales lifecycle, and develop business plans in hospitality markets.

Lead and grow a team of DBAs and data engineers to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure data infrastructure. Oversee heterogeneous databases, define cloud and containerization strategies, drive IaC and automation, support data pipelines and ETL/ELT, and implement high availability and disaster recovery practices.

Coordinate global interview schedules, manage end-to-end candidate experience, facilitate offers and onboarding, maintain ATS/HRIS records, support background checks, and drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition operations.
