Lead the business development team to grow Monthly Active Accounts and payment volume on the Stellar blockchain. Drive go-to-market strategies for payouts, wallet growth, stablecoins, DeFi, merchant onboarding, and verticals like international aid. Manage strategic relationships with payment service providers, coordinate regulatory and government relations support, run regional events, and own OKRs for account growth and payment volume.

Lead and manage the business development team to grow monthly active accounts and payment volume on the Stellar network. Build the payments and stablecoin ecosystem, scale wallets globally, target verticals (including aid), manage strategic PSP relationships, execute go-to-market strategies, support regulatory/government relations, run regional events, and own OKRs tied to account growth and payments.

Lead product strategy and roadmap across areas like core protocol, enterprise payments, DeFi, developer experience, or AI agents. Talk to users and partners, use AI to generate prototypes, partner with Engineering and Design to deliver and measure high-quality products, and balance near-term needs with long-term network health.

Stand up and own the product operating system and cadences for the Product organization: roadmaps, planning cycles, execution tracking, and PM enablement. Improve visibility, build feedback loops, capture high-quality product artifacts, and identify opportunities to automate work using AI and agentic workflows. Partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership to scale a high-performing product culture.

Oversee capital deployment, market operations, risk management, and DeFi engagements. Lead negotiations, perform asset research, and report on performance for a digital asset ecosystem.

Design and build the public API layer, manage the transaction lifecycle, develop indexers, and implement analytics pipelines for robust production infrastructure.

Provide legal review and counsel for SDF's outward-facing marketing, communications, product launches, events, brand/IP, and partner work. Draft and negotiate marketing and vendor agreements, identify and mitigate legal/regulatory/consumer protection risks, support event logistics and brand protection, and build practical legal processes, templates, and playbooks to enable fast-moving cross-functional teams.

Provide legal counsel for outward-facing marketing, communications, product launches, events, brand/IP, and partner initiatives. Review and negotiate marketing and partnership agreements, identify and mitigate regulatory, privacy, consumer protection, and reputational risks, support event and brand strategy, and build scalable legal processes, templates, and playbooks to enable fast-moving cross-functional teams.

Oversee capital deployment, risk management, and market operations in the blockchain ecosystem. Lead strategy execution, partnership negotiations, and compliance reporting for DeFi activities.

The Backend Engineer will design and build public APIs, manage transaction lifecycles, and create a data backend for the Stellar ecosystem.
