Manage the Compute Services engineering team responsible for core infrastructure (Kubernetes, container orchestration, autoscaling, GitOps, automation). Set technical direction, mentor engineers, drive delivery and roadmaps, ensure resilience, observability, and quality, and recruit and scale the team while collaborating cross-functionally.
