Source opportunities, manage complex sales cycles, negotiate SOWs and MSAs, close large deals, exceed revenue targets, and build executive-level customer relationships across retail, eCommerce, logistics, and supply chain industries. Collaborate with business development, solutions, product, engineering, and legal teams while providing market feedback to shape future offerings.

Leads presales design of intelligent warehouse automation solutions, including customer data analysis, requirements management, technical proposals, presentations, and proof-of-concept development. Defines solution architectures, technical requirements, feasibility assessments, and risk mitigation plans. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Product Management to identify applications, prioritize features, support deployment, and develop commercialization strategies. Travel of 25% or more is required.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, reporting, variance analysis, profitability reviews, KPI tracking, and strategic financial analysis. Partners with cross-functional leaders to assess business performance, risks, opportunities, pricing, investments, costs, and financial commitments. Supports monthly and quarterly close activities, reconciles plans with Accounting, and prepares executive presentations and actionable insights.

The Senior Software Engineer will develop and support software for robotic manipulation, focusing on motion planning, kinematics, and integration with robotic systems, while providing mentorship to junior engineers.

Manage and lead the Amsterdam demo/test showroom for robotic picking, run product demonstrations, perform pre- and post-sales customer site visits, evaluate customer requirements, troubleshoot onsite issues, interact with operations teams, and perform data analysis to improve deployed systems.
