The Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling AspenTech software solutions and services. This role involves managing customer relationships, achieving sales quotas, and conducting business reviews. The executive must articulate the value of solutions, negotiate deals, analyze market trends, and collaborate with various teams to optimize sales results.

As a Solution Consultant, you will deliver high quality solutions using AspenTech products, addressing customer needs, developing industry-specific solutions, and leading sales campaigns. This role requires strong problem solving skills and the ability to convert business opportunities into sales while working closely with customers and the Sales team.

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing business within an assigned region and upselling consulting services directly to assigned customer accounts. The role involves managing sales cycles, revenue delivery, developing new revenues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in engineering or Business (master's preferred), a minimum of 5 years experience in process industrial software solution selling, and domain knowledge of petrochemical and oil & gas industries. Successful track record in solution selling to major oil & gas, petrochemical firms, and ability to communicate effectively with senior staff are also required.
