Participate in the Advisor Mastery Program to train as a Financial Advisor: develop a book of business, meet production targets, prospect and service clients, recommend investment solutions, open and manage accounts, complete required licensing and training, and work with mentors and internal teams to deliver compliant financial advice.

Process and safeguard client assets in custody operations by handling physical and electronic documents, performing data entry and verification, maintaining records, following regulatory procedures, supporting internal teams, and participating in training to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant operational processing.

Execute integrated marketing campaigns and manage the content calendar across digital, print, and live channels. Produce, edit, and finalize compliant marketing collateral; coordinate with Compliance and internal teams; support events, reporting, vendor coordination, competitive research, and process improvements.

Process standard and specialized banking and securities transactions, assist with account openings, deposits/withdrawals, maintain sponsor relationships and data management systems, communicate with traders and customers to resolve trading issues, and perform related administrative and operational tasks.

Serve and grow an existing book of clients by managing relationships, preparing reports, executing trades, collaborating with investment and research teams, facilitating client meetings, using CRM and financial planning tools, and supporting marketing and firm growth initiatives.

Lead month-end close and prepare financial statements and management reports. Reconcile general ledger accounts, research GAAP issues, resolve complex accounting transactions, support audits, recommend process improvements, and train others. Regularly liaise with senior management to analyze financial performance and advise on business decisions.

Supervises a team of controllers to prepare financial statements, reconcile general ledger accounts, ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and produce management reporting. Advises senior management on financial impacts, works with business units to resolve accounting issues, leads moderate-scope projects, and develops staff through training and performance management.

Manage client relationships and execute marketing strategies and campaigns. Oversee day-to-day account activities, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional production. Coordinate creative development, write sales materials, and present concepts while ensuring brand and communication goals are met.

Audit, process, and maintain accounts payable transactions using PeopleSoft Financials. Handle voucher auditing, PO invoice processing, vendor maintenance, payment processing, reconciliations, month/year-end support, vendor and internal inquiries, reporting, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
