Processes complex domestic and foreign corporate actions, including dividends, mergers, tenders, rights exercises, reorganizations, and liquidations. Lead bank regulatory compliance audits from planning through reporting, develop audit plans, oversee multiple engagements, manage and mentor audit staff, evaluate control environments, finalize findings, and advise senior leaders. The role also includes continuous monitoring, regulatory and external auditor relationship management, budget oversight, talent development, and staying current with banking regulations and industry trends.

Prepares journal entries, general ledgers, financial statements, budgets, and management reports for complex business units. Reconciles accounts, performs monthly closing procedures, allocates costs, researches GAAP issues, resolves accounting discrepancies, supports audits, recommends process improvements, and trains others. The role requires independent judgment, advanced accounting knowledge, effective communication with management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Develops tailored financial analyses and comprehensive plans for clients, covering retirement, insurance, estate, education, small business, tax, and investment needs. Supports financial advisors, brokers, agents, and annuity consultants by explaining Variable, RILA, Index, and Fixed Annuity products. Fields product inquiries, provides market and product analysis, assists with illustrations and reports, conducts annuity reviews, communicates program changes, supports sales initiatives, and distributes fund and industry information. Requires strong financial services knowledge, customer service, communication, research, and problem-solving skills.

Provides senior administrative and research support to the legal department’s Litigation and Regulatory teams. Responsibilities include preparing litigation documents, researching and compiling case information, managing correspondence and records, coordinating calendars, meetings, travel, and responding to inquiries. The role serves as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, maintains data management systems, and supports managers in a fast-paced environment requiring organization, discretion, attention to detail, and sound administrative judgment.

Participates in a structured training and mentorship program to become a Financial Advisor. Builds a client pipeline through prospecting, networking, and community involvement; evaluates client financial needs and recommends suitable investment products. Develops and manages client relationships, builds a book of business, meets asset and production targets, completes training, and obtains required financial industry licenses.
