Own the full new-business sales cycle for DACH mid-market accounts: prospecting, pipeline management, multi-channel outreach, demo/positioning, and closing using a modern sales tech stack. Develop deep understanding of buyer needs, value propositions, and sales methodologies to drive revenue.

Own and build the internal data warehouse and analytics platform: consolidate product and operational data, define data models and contracts, create transformation pipelines, enable AI/ML datasets, implement data quality, lineage, and observability, and collaborate with stakeholders to support BI and analytics.
