Drive Constrafor’s Early Pay Program through channel sales partnerships. Recruit and manage construction technology, accounting, insurance, and industry partners; enable co-selling and co-marketing; close referred subcontractor enrollments; explain financing options; support onboarding; attend industry events; maintain partner and sales pipelines; and achieve enrollment and partner acquisition targets.

Own demand generation for Constrafor’s Early Pay Program and Cru.ai, developing positioning, managing multi-channel campaigns, and driving measurable pipeline and revenue. Responsibilities include paid search and social, email nurturing, content, webinars, account-based marketing, events, partner programs, CRM and marketing automation management, funnel reporting, experimentation, and sales alignment. The role also provides subcontractor market insights to Product and Sales.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Constrafor’s construction compliance and procurement SaaS platform. Responsibilities include prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, closing, pipeline management, forecasting, ROI development, and navigating complex buying committees. The role targets general contractors, partners with Product and Customer Success, attends industry events, supports customer handoffs and expansions, and consistently delivers revenue targets.

Lead full-stack development across frontend and backend systems for a SaaS fintech platform serving the construction industry. Design scalable applications, integrate backend services, optimize performance, implement security and testing practices, collaborate with product, sales, customers, and stakeholders, and own complex projects from concept through completion. Mentor teammates and contribute to technical excellence, usability, and innovation.

Owns credit underwriting and portfolio risk for construction finance and receivable financing products. Builds the company-wide risk framework, underwriting policies, controls, monitoring systems, risk grading, concentration limits, stress testing, and loss mitigation processes. Leads risk assessments across clients and counterparties while partnering with Credit, Sales, Legal, Product, and Engineering. Provides strategic leadership, builds the risk organization, and balances portfolio protection with growth and scalable originations.
