Manage drafting, negotiation, and administration of federal contracts and subcontractors; maintain contract records and compliance with FAR/DFARS; leverage AI/automation and contract management tools to improve workflows; support audits, kickoff meetings, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely deliverables and contract closeout.

Lead execution and growth of a large NCI IDIQ contract, overseeing multiple task orders, budgets, schedules, staffing, quality, and customer relationships. Serve as primary liaison with government stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, manage enterprise cloud modernization (AWS/Azure/GCP), ensure contract compliance, mitigate risks, and support proposal and business development efforts.

The Bioinformatics/Data Scientist will analyze multi-omics data from organoid systems, develop computational pipelines, and collaborate on research to optimize protocols and interpret results.
