Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of programs, grants, administrative operations, and financial data. Owns end-to-end product quality for an identity management system built with Node.js and Angular. Responsibilities include designing automated and manual tests, integrating Playwright or similar frameworks into CI/CD, applying AI-assisted testing, validating authentication and authorization flows, investigating defects, and providing occasional end-user support. The role collaborates with developers, product managers, and designers throughout Agile development while documenting risks, defects, test coverage, and support knowledge.

Lead the platform engineering team while owning reliable, secure, and scalable cloud and container infrastructure. Manage Kubernetes operations, AWS architecture, DevSecOps practices, CI/CD, Terraform automation, observability, incident response, cost management, and infrastructure security.
