Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of firm-wide Revit and CAD/BIM standards. Coordinate large, data-rich multidisciplinary models (survey, GIS, point clouds), perform QA/QC, provide technical support and training, and liaise with IT and engineering teams to optimize workflows, software, and data management across structural, civil, and environmental projects.

Coordinate engineering and construction project activities: maintain documentation, track schedules and budgets, support project managers, run meetings, monitor risks, communicate with teams/clients/vendors, and assist in preparing technical and non-technical reports.

Manage firm-wide Revit and AutoCAD/Civil 3D standards, coordinate large multidisciplinary BIM and geospatial models, perform quality control, provide technical support and training, and optimize BIM/CAD workflows across structural, civil, and environmental projects.
