The role collaborates with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Intelligence, Research, and Policy teams while supporting AML, sanctions, blockchain intelligence, and risk-compliance solutions.

Design, build, and maintain large-scale distributed data systems and pipelines (batch and streaming) using Scala and big-data tools. Ship production code, drive technical direction, collaborate with product and intelligence teams, mentor engineers, improve reliability, observability, and cost efficiency, and integrate AI tooling to optimise workflows.

Lead and scale enterprise new logo acquisition and expansion in DACH by coaching quota-carrying AEs, enforcing sales discipline (MEDDPICC, value selling), driving PoC/trial execution, leveraging AI sales tools, and collaborating cross-functionally to hit regional quota while building a high-performance, inclusive team.

Owner of technical pre-sales in APAC: run tailored demos, lead PoCs/trials, map integrations and workflows, respond to RFPs, design enterprise implementations, and partner with sales, product, and research to position Elliptic's blockchain intelligence for AML, sanctions, and compliance customers.

Manage a named enterprise account portfolio to drive retention, upsell and renewals. Build relationships, analyze usage to mitigate churn, identify expansion opportunities, create proposals, run QBRs and demos, negotiate terms, and exceed revenue and retention quotas.
