The role requires selling complex software, data, API, or AI/ML products and includes EMEA travel as needed.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for EDITED’s AI-powered retail intelligence platform, targeting technical and commercial decision-makers. Responsibilities include prospecting, discovery, technical product conversations, presentations, proposals, negotiation, closing, forecasting, and relationship management. The role requires selling complex software, API, data, or AI/ML products to large organizations and communicating effectively with both executives and technical stakeholders. Travel within the EMEA region may be required.

Provide front-line customer support for the EDITED platform, resolving inquiries across channels, working with AI-drafted replies, liaising with Product & Engineering to fix issues, maintaining the knowledge base, and acting as platform admin to drive customer satisfaction and self-service.

Lead GTM operations strategy and run day-to-day revenue systems. Own GTM tech stack, lead lifecycle, attribution, integrations, reporting, and vendor evaluation. Build workflows and dashboards, administer HubSpot and connected tools, drive adoption across marketing, sales, and customer success, and translate business needs into scalable processes and governance.
