Lead and mentor senior backend engineers and principals to modernize platform infrastructure. Own technical roadmap, drive Kubernetes and cloud-native adoption, improve CI/CD and observability, enforce engineering best practices, remove blockers, recruit talent, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve reliability, scalability, and developer velocity.
