Lead a gameplay engineering team building and maintaining core gameplay systems (locomotion, animation, camera) in Unreal Engine 5 using C++. Design features, tools, tests, and optimizations; collaborate with designers, animators, QA and product to deliver polished gameplay while mentoring engineers and defining technical priorities.

Design, prototype, iterate, and polish in-game levels and encounters using proprietary tools and Unreal Engine 5. Collaborate with designers, artists, and programmers to craft gameplay flow, visual composition, and narrative-driven experiences. Create map layouts from sketches to fully functional levels, work within level metrics, and propose gameplay system improvements.
