Hire and develop 1–2 TPMs within the first year.

Lead BitGo’s Ecosystem engineering team, driving integrations for new blockchains and supporting institutional clients. Responsibilities include setting technical and product vision, coaching and hiring engineers, owning quality, delivery, availability, and performance, leading engineering initiatives, prioritizing roadmaps, and managing stakeholder collaboration across global teams. The role requires hands-on technical involvement, blockchain knowledge or interest, and onsite work in Bangalore.

Own BitGo Singapore’s end-to-end client onboarding, ongoing due diligence, periodic reviews, and offboarding. Manage complex cases, queues, escalations, documentation, and stakeholder coordination while balancing regulatory, commercial, and client-experience needs. Improve workflows, controls, quality assurance, service-level frameworks, and onboarding metrics. Support audits and regulatory examinations, remediate findings, and mentor an Onboarding Associate while remaining hands-on.

Own full sales lifecycle for fintech and payments institutional clients: prospecting, closing, onboarding, and expansion. Manage high-value pipeline, lead complex consultative sales, act as primary relationship owner, and collaborate cross-functionally to structure and close deals while meeting revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
