Build and improve Artie’s real-time data streaming product across the stack. Responsibilities include developing features such as encryption and schema change alerts, improving UX through customer collaboration, and enhancing internal tooling, build automation, and infrastructure. The role requires working with distributed systems, infrastructure, and data engineering while contributing broadly as a founding engineer.

Build and scale Artie’s real-time database replication platform using distributed systems, change data capture, and stream processing. Responsibilities include column encryption, analytics tooling, schema change alerts, infrastructure automation, pipeline optimization, and native CDC connectors. The founding engineer will work across the stack, interact with customers, and help define product direction. Experience with asynchronous systems, gRPC, Kafka, Kubernetes, and Helm is helpful; Go proficiency is preferred.
