Maintain and scale on-prem embedded infrastructure for quantum computers. Design OTA update and secure firmware workflows, automate device management, build monitoring/alerting, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and on-prem hardware performance.

Lead commissioning, operation, and long-term stabilization of a production quantum computer. Develop and optimize low-latency control software and firmware, manage orchestration of GPUs/FPGAs/custom electronics, troubleshoot hardware/software co-designs, and participate in after-hours on-call support.

Lead day-to-day IT support and onboarding/offboarding for a technical workforce. Own helpdesk operations, SLA adherence, device provisioning, MDM and access control, security baseline enforcement, troubleshooting across macOS/Windows/Ubuntu, and build self-service knowledge and automated workflows to scale IT operations.
