Oversees product development teams, establishes engineering standards, guides roadmap and technical trade-offs, improves delivery predictability, and develops high-performing leaders and teams. Uses AI-enabled insights for architecture reviews, technical debt management, risk analysis, quality reporting, documentation, and portfolio decisions.

Leads accounting operations and controllership, including close, reconciliations, reporting, revenue recognition, technical accounting, audits, and controls. Modernizes accounting through automation, analytics, anomaly detection, workflow redesign, and continuous-close initiatives. Owns finance-system requirements and data governance across D365 Finance, Salesforce, and Microsoft tools while coaching the accounting team and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

Engage existing healthcare clients to identify needs, recommend Greenway products and services, develop proposals and ROI deliverables, conduct sales calls, follow up on leads, and close business. The role partners with outside sales representatives, documents activity in Salesforce, answers product questions, builds customer relationships, and increases bookings within an assigned territory.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to build AI agents, automations, and dashboards. Analyze GTM, customer, and product data to produce predictive insights, visualizations (Domo), and recommendations. Configure and optimize GTM tooling (Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, Marketo) and advise teams on AI adoption to improve pipeline, retention, and operational efficiency.

Build AI-enabled workflows and analyze GTM/customer data to deliver dashboards, predictive insights, and automations that improve pipeline, win rates, retention, and GTM productivity. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to configure GTM tools, build AI agents, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Lead month-end close, manage complex general ledger and revenue accounting, ensure ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance, perform technical accounting research, support audits, drive automation and reporting, and mentor junior accounting staff.

Engage existing Greenway Health clients to identify needs, discover sales opportunities, create proposals/ROI, close sales, document activities in Salesforce, and collaborate with outside sales to increase bookings while delivering excellent customer service.

Lead the Project Management Office to align projects with strategy, optimize PM processes, oversee portfolio prioritization and governance, manage and mentor program managers, report project status and risks to executives, and implement AI-enabled analytics and tools to improve forecasting, capacity planning, and decision support.
