Partners with Marketing, Legal, Risk, Finance, Information Security, and senior stakeholders to optimize supplier performance, costs, compliance, data protection, postal operations, and implementation. Provides subject-matter expertise and guidance to sourcing professionals while managing complex engagements in a regulated banking environment.

Manages and grows a portfolio of small-business clients, typically generating $500K–$2MM in annual sales. Builds relationships, prospects for new customers, analyzes business needs, recommends banking, credit, treasury, and digital solutions, and provides ongoing client support. Partners with relationship managers and lending officers on complex structures while maintaining compliance with lending, risk, and regulatory requirements. The role also includes customer referrals, networking, follow-up, and meeting individual and team performance objectives.

Serve as primary branch contact to acquire, manage, and grow consumer and small business relationships. The role requires strong customer service, cash-handling ability, policy adherence, risk awareness, and availability for most Saturdays.
