Facilitates corporate and investment banking lending transactions between front- and back-office teams. Responsibilities include onboarding clients and legal entities, reviewing credit approvals and legal documents, completing KYC and compliance requirements, coordinating booking, funding, collateral, closing, and system setup, and escalating exceptions. Mentor analytics professionals and advise senior leadership on risks, opportunities, and measurable improvements.

Support customers with inquiries and issues involving financial products and services across phone, text, chat, video, and other channels. Resolve routine problems, navigate multiple computer systems, follow policies and regulations, deliver a high-quality customer experience, and escalate complex questions to senior employees. The role requires completing training, working additional hours as needed, and working on-site.

Provides banking support across multiple branch locations, including account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller activities.
