Grow and manage relationships with affluent customers by providing multi-product banking guidance, acquiring new clients, managing a book-of-business, coordinating with Wealth/Home Lending/Business Banking, promoting digital adoption, handling everyday banking needs, and ensuring compliance with licensing and risk policies.

Solicit and originate residential mortgages, build referral relationships, analyze low-to-moderately complex credit and financial data, present loan recommendations, ensure compliance with mortgage regulations, maintain customer communication and market visibility, and complete SAFE/NMLS and Loan Originator regulatory requirements.

Provide administrative, marketing, and sales support to the Mortgage Retail Sales team; maintain relationships with current and prospective customers; perform transactional and customer support tasks related to mortgage sales. Role includes customer contact that may involve taking applications or negotiating terms and requires compliance with SAFE/NMLS and Loan Originator (Regulation Z) requirements, background checks, and ongoing regulatory screening.
