Own and scale Freightos’s marketing operations function by managing the martech ecosystem, CRM health, automation, lead routing, lifecycle processes, integrations, campaign enablement, reporting, attribution, and funnel analytics. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Engineering to improve data quality, operational efficiency, customer journeys, and revenue growth through scalable systems and automated workflows.

Own and scale the marketing operations function, including the martech stack, CRM architecture, automations, lead management, data quality, campaign setup, integrations, dashboards, attribution, and funnel analytics. Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Engineering to improve customer lifecycle processes, automate workflows, maintain system health, and enable scalable, data-driven growth.

Own the post-onboarding lifecycle for European enterprise accounts, driving platform adoption, monitoring account health, identifying churn and expansion opportunities, and supporting retention. Lead customer training and enablement, manage complex escalations, coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, and PMO, and communicate resolutions. Translate customer feedback into structured product insights while maintaining documentation and scalable customer success processes.

Develop new business through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and consultative SaaS sales. Conduct client presentations, understand freight and logistics needs, demonstrate the platform, train and onboard users, manage accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and represent the company at industry events.

Provide onsite and remote IT support across global locations: troubleshoot hardware, OS, networking, cloud productivity and business apps; manage onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, endpoint management, patching, asset lifecycle, ticketing, meeting-room tech, backups, and security best practices while maintaining documentation and contributing to global IT projects.

Lead global content strategy and acquisition across products and regions. Build content roadmaps, run integrated GTM campaigns, create high-impact content, implement AI-driven content workflows, and optimize performance through data, SEO, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive pipeline, revenue, and thought leadership.

Support US and Canadian operations with daily and monthly reconciliations, accounts receivable management and collections, customer billing communications, office accounts payable and expense processing, and assist the accounting team with month-end close and ad-hoc financial tasks.
