Lead technical accounting for M&A, restructurings, and debt refinancings, drive close-cycle automation using OneStream/Oracle and AI tools, maintain internal controls, and prepare equity/consolidation disclosures for SEC filings while supervising accounting staff.

Lead definition and standardization of next‑generation wireless system architecture across 3GPP, GSMA and TM Forum. Drive AI/ML and autonomous network integration, represent the company in standards bodies, define AI observability and agent frameworks, and produce actionable standards and architecture guidance for cloud‑native core networks and future 6G services.

Lead AI product strategy for enterprise shared services, prioritize and govern AI requests, and drive deployment of generative AI/LLM and ML solutions. Manage cross-functional teams to convert manual processes into automated workflows, build reusable AI components and datasets, and deliver measurable operational efficiency and cost reductions across internal systems.

Lead end-to-end national brand campaigns for Boost Mobile, manage brand P&L and ROI, synthesize consumer and competitive data to set strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, deploy generative AI and predictive marketing tools, and direct creative agency partnerships to drive long-term brand equity and customer lifetime value.
