Technically lead Yalo’s Core Services Platform by owning architecture, reliability, observability, migrations, event schemas, integrations, billing models, and cost optimization. Lead technical delivery, review designs and code, mentor engineers, coordinate cross-functional work, and manage incident response. Build and operate backend services using Go, Python, microservices, Kafka, GCP, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code while leveraging AI coding agents.

Provides primary IT support for Mexico-based employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, access, accounts, networks, video conferencing, and business tools such as Zendesk and Salesforce. Manages onboarding and offboarding, system provisioning, documentation, knowledge management, and IT service improvements. The role also partners with business teams, supports automation, and resolves incidents within SLAs while maintaining reliable office technology and client-facing workflows.

Manage and execute omnichannel campaigns, including strategy, scheduling, coordination, reporting, and customer recommendations. Partner with Customer Success to develop growth strategies aligned with business goals, manage a customer portfolio, improve operations processes, and support internal initiatives. The role requires marketing and analytics knowledge, SQL, spreadsheet expertise, AI tool familiarity, strong organization, and intermediate to advanced English.

Own and evolve Yalo’s data platform, including real-time pipelines, semantic layers, governance, access controls, reliability, and cost efficiency. Define architecture and technical standards across Airflow, dbt, BigQuery, Kafka, and GCP. Lead incident response, mentor engineers without direct management authority, and partner with Engineering, Analytics, and ML teams to deliver trusted data for dashboards and AI agents.

Own strategic enterprise customer relationships and drive measurable business outcomes through AI agent deployments. Diagnose customer needs, structure ambiguous problems, build business cases, prototype and debug AI solutions, align executive stakeholders, and identify expansion opportunities. The role combines customer success, consulting, commercial growth, analytics, and AI execution, with responsibility for production use cases, quantified ROI, revenue growth, and scalable customer impact.

Supports enterprise and mid-market pre-sales opportunities for AI-powered conversational sales solutions. Leads discovery, solution design, demos, workshops, proof-of-concepts, technical validation, and proposal support. Collaborates with Sales, Product, Engineering, Delivery, and partners to assess integrations, feasibility, risks, and implementation approaches. Translates customer needs into scalable recommendations and technical documentation while sharing market feedback and improving repeatable sales assets.
