Prototype rapidly with AI-assisted tools, collaborate closely with engineers through launch, understand marketplace dynamics, and mentor other designers. The role requires strong product ownership, systems thinking, comfort with ambiguity, and experience designing consumer marketplace products at scale.

Lead and evolve Circle’s visual identity across campaigns, product launches, advertising, events, social, video, and digital experiences. Develop scalable brand systems, creative concepts, storyboards, illustrations, and launch assets while translating complex software and AI products into compelling visual narratives. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Motion, Leadership, and other teams; present concepts, incorporate feedback, maintain high craft standards, and explore AI-powered creative workflows.

Own growth for Circle’s Discover marketplace by driving traffic, GMV, and transaction volume. Lead acquisition, engagement, retention, A/B testing, lifecycle email, SEO/AEO, creator success, and performance reporting. Partner with product, media, data, brand, partnerships, the GM, and founders to shape growth strategy. The role is hands-on, requiring experimentation, funnel optimization, marketplace expertise, and end-to-end ownership of revenue outcomes.

Build and expand Circle Discover, a marketplace for digital experiences. Develop high-converting purchasing flows, listings, content feeds, recommendations, search services, and data pipelines. Implement Next.js frontend features and Ruby on Rails APIs, run A/B experiments, improve architecture and code quality, and collaborate with leaders and designers to deliver performant user experiences at scale.

Own end-to-end design for a major product area, from problem framing and strategy through shipped experiences. Design complex multi-user flows, prototype rapidly with AI-assisted tools, collaborate closely with product and engineering, and drive interaction and visual quality. Influence roadmap decisions, operate independently as the senior designer for the area, and elevate the broader design team through feedback, frameworks, and high-quality work.

Build and ship full-stack AI features using Ruby on Rails and React, including AI agents, RAG systems, evaluations, observability, and LLM inference infrastructure. Design experiments and A/B tests, optimize production performance and reliability, and collaborate with leaders and designers to iterate rapidly on customer-facing solutions.
