Manage end-to-end accelerator for Asia Ocean Fund: design curriculum, onboard mentors, run sessions and in-person events, support cohort companies, evaluate impact, and build a post-accelerator community to drive strategic, commercial, and fundraising outcomes.

Lead the Asia Ocean Fund's strategy, fundraising, deal sourcing, execution, portfolio management, and ecosystem partnerships. Oversee due diligence, structuring, investor relations, accelerator and technical assistance programs, and mentor the investment team to scale high-impact blue economy ventures across Asia Pacific.
