Lead multiple concurrent client implementations for the Force platform from kickoff through first patient launch and handoff to Client Success. Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and client deliverables while coordinating with clinical, product, and technical teams. Serve as the primary client contact, conduct stakeholder meetings and end-user training, mentor an Implementation Associate, and improve implementation consistency through scalable playbooks, templates, and automations.
