The Business Development Representative will work with Demand Generation and Account Executives to drive new business revenue, identifying prospects, generating appointments, and maintaining an opportunity pipeline.

Operate and improve a multi-tenant SaaS platform hosted on Azure. Responsibilities include incident response, root-cause analysis, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, cloud resource management, monitoring, logging, security compliance, scripting, automation, collaboration with development teams, and documentation. The role requires hands-on use of AI tools to support coding, troubleshooting, operational analysis, and automation.

Manages inbound and outbound Business Development Representatives across EMEA and the US. Responsibilities include setting performance goals, coaching and mentoring team members, modeling prospecting and cold-calling practices, developing BDR playbooks, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with sales and marketing leadership to improve lead-to-opportunity conversion and pipeline growth. This is a hands-on first-line player-coach role.

Provide post-implementation support and configuration for the Aprimo platform, troubleshoot platform issues, implement setup changes, assist implementations and project leads, build/maintain reports, perform QA testing, and contribute to services practice and knowledge sharing while engaging directly with customers.
