Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, prototype with AI-assisted tools, validate concepts with customers, and refine production-ready designs in Figma. Apply LLMs throughout the design workflow, contribute to design systems, shape platform-wide standards, and mentor other designers while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Lead end-to-end product design initiatives for Karbon’s B2B SaaS platform. Responsibilities include defining problems, using LLMs and AI-assisted tools for research and prototyping, validating concepts with customers, refining production-ready designs in Figma, and contributing to design systems. The role partners closely with Product and Engineering, operates autonomously on complex problems, and improves platform-wide design quality and consistency.

Lead and develop a data and analytics engineering team, guiding Scrum delivery, technical excellence, operational reliability, and cross-functional collaboration. The role manages product priorities, technical debt, quality, observability, and incident practices while supporting scalable data platforms and multi-cloud data warehouse migrations. It also champions AI-assisted development, distributed systems, data integrity, and continuous improvement across engineering processes.

Lead a team of eight frontend and backend engineers building engagement, billing, invoicing, payments, and collections capabilities. Guide customers on workflow best practices, ensure data integrity, promote adoption, and help customers achieve measurable value from the Karbon platform while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support.

Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to deliver strategic HR support: use AI-powered people analytics to surface insights, lead complex employment relations and compliance, coach leaders on org design and workforce planning, run HR projects, and partner with People Ops and Talent to deliver a seamless global employee experience.
