Owns full-cycle recruiting for Product, Finance, Marketing, and Legal teams. Builds trusted partnerships with hiring managers, develops search strategies, sources specialized talent, manages candidate assessment and offers, and provides market insights and pipeline reporting. The role also uses AI and emerging recruiting technologies to improve sourcing, research, engagement, and recruiting workflows while maintaining a strong candidate experience and accurate applicant tracking system data.

Develop scalable Swift and SwiftUI solutions, maintain Objective-C code, architect modular codebases, implement testing and concurrency, support CI/CD and feature-flagged releases, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams. Mentor other engineers while delivering fast, stable mobile experiences for a high-traffic consumer app.

Develop cloud-native Java applications, REST APIs, and high-throughput transactional services using Spring Boot and Kafka. Query data with SQL, monitor applications with Splunk and New Relic, and support CI/CD delivery. Collaborate in Agile teams to implement business-focused changes, troubleshoot systems, and contribute to product strategy. The role also involves using GenAI tools and may include microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, GCP, and AWS.

Leads customer-care implementations from planning through readiness, launch, stabilization, and transition. Owns train-the-trainer strategy, trainer certification, partner-site readiness, launch support, performance measurement, and continuous improvement across Flight, Hotel, and Rental Car services. Evaluates organizational readiness, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders and outsourced contact centers, manages risks and dependencies, and ensures successful training deployment and operational handoff. Flight servicing expertise is central to the role.

Manages and expands hotel partner accounts for Priceline and Agoda by negotiating partnerships, optimizing pricing, availability, content, and revenue performance. Analyzes market and competitor data, identifies growth opportunities, onboards hotels, presents strategic recommendations, trains partners, and collaborates internally on market initiatives. Represents the companies in assigned markets and travels up to 30% for partner visits and team meetings.

Lead day-to-day execution and optimization of cross-channel brand media campaigns (TV, CTV, OLV, social, audio). Manage agency workflows, asset delivery, tagging, trafficking, budgeting, reporting, and performance insights. Prepare strategic presentations, campaign recaps, and maintain campaign deliverables while identifying new partners and innovation opportunities.
